Sustainable development encompasses our commitment towards Health, Safety, Environment and Community (HSEC). HSEC Management Standards – are mandatory for all CSM Energy controlled operations and incorporate targets, guidelines and codes of practice in a range of areas. Once a project begins construction there are annual project reporting on our performance in key areas. Addressing these sustainability challenges is a priority as these impacts can directly affect our shareholders, employees, the communities and the natural environment in which we operate in.
