NEVILLE SNEDDON - Non Executive Chairman
Mr Sneddon is a mining engineer with over 35 years experience in the Australian Mining Industry, who has held senior executive positions with some of Australia's largest coal mines and coal industry stakeholder groups. Mr Sneddon began his career with Coal & Allied in the Hunter Valley. Following a period in the senior management of the mines inspectorate in New South Wales, Neville moved to Queensland as chief operating officer of Shell Coal, later the Australian coal arm of Anglo American, subsequently becoming acting chief executive officer.
Mr Sneddon has been a director and chairman of DBCT Pty Limited, a director of PWCS and a director of the New South Wales, Queensland and Australian mining councils. He was a director of independent coal producer QCMM. In addition, he was a foundation member of the tripartite Queensland Coal Mine Safety and Health Committee and a member of the Federal/State committee formed to design uniform national mine safety legislation. Mr Sneddon will be responsible for leading and managing the Board in the discharge of its duties. |

DON CLEARY - Director and Commercial Manager
Don Cleary has worked in the legal and energy industry; Don has led negotiation teams on a variety of large scale energy transactions, particularly gas and electricity. Previous roles include General Manager Corporate Development at a major energy company, CEO of a company involved in manufacturing and export, and Managing Partner of a mid tier legal firm during a period of significant growth. Don is a qualified lawyer and Notary Public. Previously Don was a Director of Allgas Energy Limited, Northern Building Society and the Queensland Harness Racing Board. Don will be responsible for business development. |

CHRIS COFFMAN - Acting Chief Financial Officer
Chris has worked for 23 years in the energy and infrastructure markets around the world. Since 1995 he has advised Australia’s largest energy and infrastructure companies on a variety of investment banking transactions. Previously Chris was a Director with ANZ Infrastructure Services and prior to that a Director of ANZ Corporate Finance. Chris is currently a Director of West Point Media Group Pty Ltd., Kahdo Pty Ltd, Zing Communications Pty Ltd., Alameda Capital Pty Ltd, the Cooper Coffman Wine Company Pty Ltd, and World Schools Foundation. Chris will be responsible for business development, finance, accounting, treasury, corporate planning, risk, audit, corporate development and investor relations functions. |

LES LUNARZEWSKI - Technical Advisor
Les has over 35 years international experience in the coal mine gas management, recovery and utilization field. Les has a Masters Degree and a PhD in Mining. Previous roles include successfully conducting and supervising seam gas related projects in Poland, Australia, United States, Czech Republic, Romania, Japan, Mexico, China etc. Les was also a Gas DrainageManager, Project Supervisor, Superintendent and Mines Inspector for 20 gassy coal mines in Poland.
Since 1981, Les has undertaken gas related research and activities in Australia. In 1989 Les established a specialist consulting company "Lunagas Pty Limited", to provide gassy coal mines with professional advice and services related to gas resources assessment, gas emission rate prediction, technical audits of coal mine gas exploration and completion, coal mines gas management and gas drainage technology design. Les will be responsible for providing professional technical advice and services relating to coal mine gas resources assessment, gas management, recovery and utilization. |

DENNIS BLACK
Dennis is a mining engineer with 20 years experience in the Australian Mining Industry. Dennis has a mine managers’ certificate of competency and has worked for many of Australia’s leading coal mining companies in a variety of senior production, technical and operations management roles at both open cut and underground coal mines. During his term as manager of gas and ventilation for BHP Billiton Illawarra Coal, Dennis managed the efficient capture and use of coal mine methane from the company’s high gas Bulli seam mines which in part involved technical studies and project management relating to both coal seam gas drainage and utilisation along with coal mine ventilation. Dennis was involved in establishing the world first coal mine ventilation air methane utilisation plant at West Cliff Colliery (WestVAMP) and initiated multiple R&D projects to improve gas capture and inseam drilling efficiency such as horizontal goaf gas drainage drilling and underground coiled tube drilling. In 2008, Dennis was awarded an ACARP post-graduate research scholarship to complete a PhD in the field of coal seam gas drainage improvement. In addition to conducting research and writing his dissertation Dennis established a consulting business “Pacific MGM” to provide specialist mining and gas management advice and services to the mining and CBM industries. |

JOHN WASIK - Non Executive Director
John has worked for 30 years in the coal mining industry in the UK, Australia and in the USA. John has worked in a number of senior management roles, most recently as a Group Executive with Peabody Energy Corporation based in St. Louis, Missouri. John’s experience includes the design, construction, development, operation and management of coal mines in a number of differing environments. John is a Mining Engineer educated at University College Cardiff and is a graduate of the AICD. Over and above John’s Directorship responsibilities John will assist with business development opportunities. |

PAUL ASHBY, Non Executive Director
Paul has over 24 years experience working in the Australian upstream oil and gas industry. Paul joined AGL Energy in 2004 and has managed commercial and financial aspects of AGL’s investments in Papua New Guinea oil and gas, as well as coal seam gas at Camden, Moranbah and in QGC. Previous roles have ranged over plant engineering, natural gas marketing, corporate and strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions, including eight years as an oil and gas equity research analyst for an investment bank. Paul has qualifications in chemical engineering, natural resource economics and applied finance and investment, and he is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. Over and above his role as Non-executive Director, Paul will assist with business development opportunities. |

MICHAEL MORAZA – Alternate Non Executive Director
Michael has worked for 20 years in the oil and gas industry in Australia and overseas. Michael is the General Manager Gas Development for AGL’s Merchant Energy Group and has held several senior management roles since joining AGL in 1996. He led the team that successfully acquired a 10% interest in the upstream Papua New Guinea Gas Project, a 50% joint venture in the Sydney Basin and a 50% interest in the Moranbah Gas Project in Queensland. Mr Moraza’s early career involved working in various countries for the SGS Group, and working in Australia for Bridge Oil. Over and above Michael’s Non Executive Directorship responsibilities Michael will assist with business development opportunities. |

ANDREW FALKNER – Alternate Non Executive Director
Andrew has worked in the coal and CSG sector in Australia for 26 years and is currently Exploration Manager with AGL Energy – Gas Development. He previously worked for Origin Energy for 9 years where he undertook a lead technical role in exploration and development of Origin’s CSG portfolio in the Bowen and Surat Basins. Prior to that Andrew consulted to coal and CSG companies operating in the Bowen Basin. Andrew has B.Sc. (Hons) and Ph.D. degrees in geology. As an alternate non executive director Andrew will assist with business development opportunities. |

KEVIN GRIFFIN - Company Secretary and Finance Manager
Kevin is the principal of Griffin Accountants Pty Ltd which is a public practice accounting firm. Kevin has over 11 years public practice experience. He is a former manager of a leading national accounting firm. Kevin has over 10 years experience working for BHP with his last role as a Senior Management Accountant for a $2 billion business. Kevin has a BSc(Hons), graduate qualifications in accounting, is a CPA, Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia, registered tax agent, and registered ASIC agent looking after over 50 companies. Kevin will assist the team with financial accounting, tax, budgeting/forecasting and project evaluation functions. As Company Secretary, Kevin will be responsible for carrying out the administrative and legislative requirements of the Board. |
